Air Sponge Lifetime Limited Warranty

Every Air Sponge Filter is equipped with a truly meaningful warranty, yet another Air Sponge advantage over other cheap furnace filters on the market today. Our HealthSmart filters feature a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Genuine Air Sponge filter frames are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for the life of your heating/cooling system.

Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Air Sponge will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. The use of any refill other then Genuine Air Sponge refills voids this warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements
In the United States, you may return the product directly to the Air Sponge factory after first obtaining a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number from Air Sponge.  An RMA number is obtained by calling Air Sponge Customer Service at +1 (954) 752-1836, or +1 (800) 757-1836.

Once you have obtained an RMA number from Air Sponge, you must, within thirty (30) days, send the product freight-prepaid and insured to Air Sponge Filter Company, Customer Service, 12075 NW 39 St., Coral Springs, FL 33065, USA. Products shipped to the factory must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. You must include the Air Sponge RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of your package.
